What worked? Role Plays-this is the first workshop I have been to that included role plays. You knew your stuff based on a lot of experience. I was glad that you were firm with the class that we stick to the agenda. You were a pro at redirecting, which can be hard to do at times.  Anyways, I learned a lot and have definitely been inspired to get out there, which were my goals. I will definitely keep you in mind for future trainings.

This is the job developer workshop I attended and would highly recommend this training for DOR staff and job developers we are associated with to help improve our employment strategies and outcomes.  This training will also help prepare participants to develop "employer accounts" if that is the directions are district is taking.
